• No booking is confirmed until payment has been made.
• We do not provide a refund of any kind once your session has been booked.
• We do credit your ECPro account should you wish to move your session to a later date unless the cancellation is within 24 hours of your session beginning.
• Cancelling within a 24-hour period means there will not be any credit to your ECPro account.
• Any credit that is on your account will remain on there without an expiry date but cannot be refunded as cash, to your card or to your bank account. 

Refund Policy

EC Pro (Wow Design Solutions Limited) does not issue refunds. Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Yard, School or Livery using the EC Pro system.

Please contact the Yard, School or Livery directly. Bentley Riding School is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
