Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

·        Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase date

·       Gift vouchers must be used as credit to customers ECPro account only and cannot be resold, exchanged for cash or have cash back given.

·        No change or refund will be given once voucher has been purchased.

·        When purchasing gift vouchers please be aware of rider weight limit of 13 stone.

·        Gift vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.

·        Gift vouchers can be used as part payment towards a block booking of lessons.

·        Gift vouchers can be used for any type of session with Bentley Riding School inclusive of group lessons, private lessons, stable management, tiny tots and hacks.

·        Once a paper gift voucher credit has been added to customers ECPro account it can be used as and when at the customers discretion with no time limit to the credit.

·        ECPro vouchers purchased online via the system will only be valid for 12 months.

·        Postage of a gift voucher is at an additional cost and subject to Bentley Riding School’s chosen delivery method.
